Psalms 75:4-8
4I said to the boastful, ‘Do not boast,’ And to the wicked, ‘1Do not lift up the horn;5Do not lift up your horn on high, 2Do not speak with insolent 3pride.’”
6For not from the east, nor from the west, Nor from the 45desert comes exaltation;7But 6God is the Judge; He 7puts down one and exalts another.8For a 8cup is in the hand of the Lord, and the wine foams; It is 910well mixed, and He pours out of this; Surely all the wicked of the earth must drain and 11drink down its dregs.
