1O God, 1You have rejected us. You have 23broken us; You have been 4angry; O, 5restore us.2You have made the 67land quake, You have split it open; 8Heal its breaches, for it totters.3You have 910made Your people experience hardship; You have given us 11wine to 12drink that makes us stagger.4You have given a 13banner to those who fear You, That it may be displayed because of the truth. 14Selah.515That Your 16beloved may be delivered, 17Save with Your right hand, and answer 18us!
6God has spoken in His 1920holiness: “I will exult, I will portion out 21Shechem and measure out the valley of 22Succoth.723Gilead is Mine, and Manasseh is Mine; 24Ephraim also is the 25helmet of My head; Judah is My 2627scepter.828Moab is My washbowl; Over 29Edom I shall throw My shoe; Shout loud, O 30Philistia, because of Me!”
9Who will bring me into the besieged city? Who 31will lead me to Edom?10Have not You Yourself, O God, 32rejected us? And 33will You not go forth with our armies, O God?11O give us help against the adversary, For 34deliverance 35by man is in vain.1236Through God we shall 37do valiantly, And it is He who will 38tread down our adversaries.
