Psalms 98
A Call to Praise the Lord for His Righteousness.
A Psalm.
1O sing to the Lord a 1new song, For He has done 2wonderful things, His 3right hand and His 4holy arm have 5gained the victory for Him.26The Lord has made known His salvation; He has 7revealed His 8righteousness in the sight of the nations.3He has 9remembered His lovingkindness and His faithfulness to the house of Israel; 10All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.
411Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; 12Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.5Sing praises to the Lord with the 13lyre, With the lyre and the 1415sound of melody.6With 16trumpets and the sound of the horn 17Shout joyfully before 18the King, the Lord.
7Let the 19sea roar and 20all it contains, The 21world and those who dwell in it.8Let the 22rivers clap their hands, Let the 23mountains sing together for joy9Before the Lord, for He is coming to 24judge the earth; He will judge the world with righteousness And 25the peoples with 26equity.
