Psalms 120
Prayer for Deliverance from the Treacherous.
A Song of Ex 34:24; 1 Kin 12:27Ascents.
11In my trouble I cried to the Lord, And He answered me.2Deliver my soul, O Lord, from 2lying lips, From a 3deceitful tongue.3What shall be given to you, and what more shall be done to you, You 4deceitful tongue?45Sharp arrows of the warrior, With the burning 6coals of the broom tree.
5Woe is me, for I sojourn in 7Meshech, For I dwell among the 8tents of 9Kedar!6Too long has my soul had its dwelling With those who 10hate peace.7I 11am for peace, but when I speak, They are 12for war.
