Psalms 24
The King of Glory Entering Zion.
A Psalm of David.
1The 1earth is the Lord’s, and 2all it contains, The 3world, and those who dwell in it.2For He has 4founded it upon the seas And established it upon the rivers.3Who may 5ascend into the 6hill of the Lord? And who may stand in His holy 7place?4He who has 8clean hands and a 9pure heart, Who has not 10lifted up his soul 11to falsehood And has not 12sworn deceitfully.5He shall receive a 13blessing from the Lord And 1415righteousness from the God of his salvation.616This is the generation of those who 17seek Him, Who seek Your face--even Jacob. 18Selah.
719Lift up your heads, O gates, And be lifted up, O 20ancient doors, That the King of 21glory may come in!8Who is the King of glory? The Lord 22strong and mighty, The Lord 23mighty in battle.9Lift up your heads, O gates, And lift them up, O 24ancient doors, That the King of 25glory may come in!10Who is this King of glory? The Lord of 26hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah.
