Psalms 7:1-9
112O Lord my God, 3in You I have taken refuge; Save me from all those who pursue me, and 4deliver me,2Or he will tear 5my soul 6like a lion, 7Dragging me away, while there is none to deliver.
3O Lord my God, if I have done this, If there is 8injustice in my hands,4If I have 9rewarded evil to 10my friend, Or have 11plundered 12him who without cause was my adversary,5Let the enemy pursue 13my soul and overtake 14it; And let him trample my life down to the ground And lay my glory in the dust. 15Selah.
616Arise, O Lord, in Your anger; 17Lift up Yourself against 18the rage of my adversaries, And 19arouse Yourself 20for me; You have appointed judgment.7Let the assembly of the 21peoples encompass You, And over 22them return on high.8The Lord 23judges the peoples; 2425Vindicate me, O Lord, according to my righteousness and my integrity that is in me.9O let 26the evil of the wicked come to an end, but 27establish the righteous; For the righteous God 28tries the hearts and 29minds.
