Psalms 7:1-9
112O Lord my God, 3in You I have taken refuge; Save me from all those who pursue me, and 4rescue me,2Or he will tear 5my soul 6like a lion, Dragging me away, while there is no one to rescue me.
3O Lord my God, if I have done this, If there is 7injustice in my hands,4If I have 8done evil to 9my friend, Or have 10plundered 11my enemy for no reason,5Let the enemy pursue 12my soul and overtake 13it; And let him trample my life to the ground And lay my glory in the dust. Selah
614Arise, Lord, in Your anger; 15Raise Yourself against 16the rage of my enemies, And 17stir Yourself 18for me; You have ordered judgment.7Let the assembly of the 19peoples encompass You, And return on high over it.8The Lord 20judges the peoples; 2122Vindicate me, Lord, according to my righteousness and my integrity that is in me.9Please let 23the evil of the wicked come to an end, but 24establish the righteous; For the righteous God 25puts hearts and 26minds to the test.
