Psalms 27:7-14

7 1Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice, And be gracious to me and 2answer me.8When You said, “3Seek My face,” my heart said to You, “Your face, O Lord, 4I shall seek.”9 5Do not hide Your face from me, Do not turn Your servant away in 6anger; You have been 7my help; 8Do not abandon me nor 9forsake me, O God of my salvation!10 10For my father and 11my mother have forsaken me, But 12the Lord will take me up.

11 13Teach me Your way, O Lord, And lead me in a 14level path Because of 15my foes.12Do not deliver me over to the 16 17desire of my adversaries, For 18false witnesses have risen against me, And such as 19breathe out violence.13 20I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the 21goodness of the Lord In the 22land of the living.14 23Wait for the Lord; Be 24strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord.
