Psalms 10:5-11

5His ways 12prosper at all times; Your judgments are on high, 3out of his sight; As for all his adversaries, he snorts at them.6He says to himself, “4I will not be moved; 5Throughout all generations 6I will not be in adversity.”7His 7mouth is full of curses and deceit and 8oppression; 9Under his tongue is mischief and wickedness.8He sits in the 10lurking places of the villages; In the hiding places he 11kills the innocent; His eyes 12stealthily watch for the 1314unfortunate.9He lurks in a hiding place as 15a lion in his 16lair; He 17lurks to catch 18the afflicted; He catches the afflicted when he draws him into his 19net.10He 20crouches, he 21bows down, And the 22unfortunate fall 23by his mighty ones.11He 24says to himself, “God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it.”
