Psalms 10:11-18
11He 1says to himself, “God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it.”
12Arise, O Lord; O God, 2lift up Your hand. 3Do not forget the afflicted.13Why has the wicked 4spurned God? He has said to himself, “You will not require it.”14You have seen it, for You have beheld 5mischief and vexation to 6take it into Your hand. The 78unfortunate commits himself to You; You have been the 9helper of the orphan.1510Break the arm of the wicked and the evildoer, 1112Seek out his wickedness until You find none.
16The Lord is 13King forever and ever; 14Nations have perished from His land.17O Lord, You have heard the 15desire of the 16humble; You will 17strengthen their heart, 18You will incline Your ear18To 19vindicate the 20orphan and the 21oppressed, So that man who is of the earth will no longer cause 22terror.
