Psalms 89:31-35

31If they 1violate My statutes And do not keep My commandments,32Then I will punish their transgression with the 2rod And their iniquity with stripes.33But I will not break off 3My lovingkindness from him, Nor deal falsely in My faithfulness.34My 4covenant I will not 5violate, Nor will I 6alter 7the utterance of My lips.35 8Once I have 9sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David.
