Psalms 89:31-35
31If they 1violate My statutes And do not keep My commandments,32Then I will punish their wrongdoing with the 2rod, And their guilt with 3afflictions.33But I will not 4withhold 5My favor from him, Nor deal falsely in My faithfulness.34I will not 6violate My 7covenant, Nor will I 8alter 9the utterance of My lips.3510Once I have 11sworn by My holiness; I will not lie to David.
