Psalms 71:9-13

9Do not cast me off in the 1time of old age; Do not forsake me when my strength fails.10For my enemies have spoken 2against me; And those who 3watch for my 4life 5have consulted together,11Saying, “6God has forsaken him; Pursue and seize him, for there is 7no one to deliver.”

12O God, 8do not be far from me; O my God, 9hasten to my help!13Let those who are adversaries of my soul be 10ashamed and consumed; Let them be 11covered with reproach and dishonor, who 12seek 13to injure me.
