Psalms 71:9-13
9Do not cast me away at the 1time of my old age; Do not abandon me when my strength fails.10For my enemies have spoken 2against me; And those who 3watch for my 4life 5have consulted together,11Saying, “6God has abandoned him; Pursue and seize him, for there is 7no one to save him.”
12God, 8do not be far from me; My God, 9hurry to my aid!13May those who are enemies of my soul be 10put to shame and consumed; May they be 11covered with disgrace and dishonor, who 12seek 13to injure me.
