Psalms 69:23-36
23May their 1eyes grow dim so that they cannot see, And make their 2loins shake continually.243Pour out Your indignation on them, And may Your burning anger overtake them.25May their 45camp be desolate; May none dwell in their tents.26For they have 6persecuted him whom 7You Yourself have smitten, And they tell of the pain of those whom 8You have 9wounded.27Add 10iniquity to their iniquity, And 11may they not come into 12Your righteousness.28May they be 13blotted out of the 14book of life And may they not be 1516recorded with the righteous.
29But I am 17afflicted and in pain; 18May Your salvation, O God, 19set me securely on high.30I will 20praise the name of God with song And 21magnify Him with 22thanksgiving.31And it will 23please the Lord better than an ox Or a young bull with horns and hoofs.32The 24humble 25have seen it and are glad; You who seek God, 26let your heart 27revive.33For 28the Lord hears the needy And 29does not despise His who are prisoners.
34Let 30heaven and earth praise Him, The seas and 31everything that moves in them.35For God will 32save Zion and 33build the cities of Judah, That they may dwell there and 34possess it.36The 3536descendants of His servants will inherit it, And those who love His name 37will dwell in it.
