Psalms 69:23-36

23May their 1eyes grow dim so that they cannot see, And make their 2hips shake continually.24 3Pour out Your indignation on them, And may Your burning anger overtake them.25May their 4 5camp be desolated; May there be none living in their tents.26For they have 6persecuted him whom 7You Yourself struck, And they tell of the pain of those whom 8You have 9wounded.27Add 10guilt to their guilt, And 11may they not come into 12Your righteousness.28May they be 13wiped out of the 14book of life, And may they not be 15 16recorded with the righteous.

29But I am 17afflicted and in pain; 18May Your salvation, God, 19set me safely on high.30I will 20praise the name of God with song, And 21exalt Him with 22thanksgiving.31And it will 23please the Lord better than an ox Or bull with horns and hoofs.32The 24humble 25have seen it and are glad; You who seek God, 26let your heart 27revive.33For 28the Lord hears the needy, And 29does not despise those of His who are prisoners.

34 30Heaven and earth shall praise Him, The seas and 31everything that moves in them.35For God will 32save Zion and 33build the cities of Judah, So that they may live there and 34possess it.36The 35 36descendants of His servants will inherit it, And those who love His name 37will live in it.
