Psalms 60:5-12

5 1That Your 2beloved may be delivered, 3Save with Your right hand, and answer 4us!

6God has spoken in His 5 6holiness: “I will exult, I will portion out 7Shechem and measure out the valley of 8Succoth.7 9Gilead is Mine, and Manasseh is Mine; 10Ephraim also is the 11helmet of My head; Judah is My 12 13scepter.8 14Moab is My washbowl; Over 15Edom I shall throw My shoe; Shout loud, O 16Philistia, because of Me!”

9Who will bring me into the besieged city? Who 17will lead me to Edom?10Have not You Yourself, O God, 18rejected us? And 19will You not go forth with our armies, O God?11O give us help against the adversary, For 20deliverance 21by man is in vain.12 22Through God we shall 23do valiantly, And it is He who will 24tread down our adversaries.
