Psalms 49:13-20

13This is the 1way of those who are foolish, And of those after them who 2approve their words. 3Selah.14As sheep they are appointed 4for 5Sheol; Death shall be their shepherd; And the 6upright shall rule over them in the morning, And their form shall be for 7Sheol 8to consume 9So that they have no habitation.15But God will 10redeem my soul from the 11power of 12Sheol, For 13He will receive me. Selah.

16Do not be afraid 14when a man becomes rich, When the 15glory of his house is increased;17For when he dies he will 16carry nothing away; His 17glory will not descend after him.18Though while he lives he 18congratulates 19himself-- And though men praise you when you do well for yourself--19 20He shall 21go to the generation of his fathers; They will never see 22the light.20 23Man in his 24pomp, yet without understanding, Is 25like the 26beasts that 27perish.
