Psalms 44:1-3
11O God, we have heard with our ears, Our 2fathers have told us The 3work that You did in their days, In the 4days of old.2You with Your own hand 5drove out the nations; Then You 6planted them; You 7afflicted the peoples, Then You 8spread them abroad.3For by their own sword they 9did not possess the land, And their own arm did not save them, But Your right hand and Your 10arm and the 11light of Your presence, For You 12favored them.
