Psalms 40:7-10

7Then I said, “Behold, I come; In the scroll of the book it is 1written of me.82I delight to do Your will, O my God; 3Your Law is within my heart.”

9I have 4proclaimed glad tidings of righteousness in the great congregation; Behold, I will 5not restrain my lips, O Lord, 6You know.10I have 7not hidden Your righteousness within my heart; I have 8spoken of Your faithfulness and Your salvation; I have not concealed Your lovingkindness and Your truth from the great congregation.
