Psalms 38:15-22
15For 1I 2hope in You, O Lord; You 3will answer, O Lord my God.16For I said, “May they not rejoice over me, Who, when my foot slips, 4would magnify themselves against me.”17For I am 5ready to fall, And 6my 7sorrow is continually before me.18For I 89confess my iniquity; I am full of 10anxiety because of my sin.19But my 11enemies are vigorous and 12strong, And many are those who 13hate me wrongfully.20And those who 14repay evil for good, They 15oppose me, because I follow what is good.21Do not forsake me, O Lord; O my God, 16do not be far from me!22Make 17haste to help me, O Lord, 18my salvation!
