Psalms 33:10-15
10The Lord 1nullifies the counsel of the nations; He frustrates the plans of the peoples.11The 2counsel of the Lord stands forever, The 3plans of His heart from generation to generation.12Blessed is the 4nation whose God is the Lord, The people whom He has 5chosen for His own inheritance.
13The Lord 6looks from heaven; He 7sees all the sons of men;14From 8His dwelling place He looks out On all the inhabitants of the earth,15He who 9fashions 10the hearts of them all, He who 11understands all their works.
