Psalms 32:3-5
3When 1I kept silent about my sin, 2my 3body wasted away Through my 45groaning all day long.4For day and night 6Your hand was heavy upon me; My 78vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer. 9Selah.5I 10acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I 11did not hide; I said, “12I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”; And You 13forgave the 14guilt of my sin. Selah.
