Psalms 32:3-5
3When 1I kept silent about my sin, 2my 3body wasted away Through my 45groaning all day long.4For day and night 6Your hand was heavy upon me; My 78vitality failed as with the dry heat of summer. Selah5I 9acknowledged my sin to You, And I 10did not hide my guilt; I said, “11I will confess my wrongdoings to the Lord”; And You 12forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah
