Psalms 132:1-8
1Remember, O Lord, on David’s behalf, All 1his affliction;2How he swore to the Lord And vowed to 2the Mighty One of Jacob,3“Surely I will not 3enter 4my house, Nor 5lie on my bed;4I will not 6give sleep to my eyes Or slumber to my eyelids,5Until I find a 7place for the Lord, 8A dwelling place for 9the Mighty One of Jacob.”
6Behold, we heard of it in 10Ephrathah, We found it in the 11field of 12Jaar.7Let us go into His 1314dwelling place; Let us 15worship at His 16footstool.817Arise, O Lord, to Your 18resting place, You and the ark of Your 19strength.
