Psalms 106:28-30
28They 1joined themselves also to 2Baal-peor, And ate 3sacrifices offered to the dead.29Thus they 4provoked Him to anger with their deeds, And the plague broke out among them.30Then Phinehas 5stood up and interposed, And so the 6plague was stayed.
