Psalms 88:13-17
13But I, O Lord, have cried out 1to You for help, And 2in the morning my prayer comes before You.14O Lord, why 3do You reject my soul? Why do You 4hide Your face from me?15I was afflicted and 5about to die from my youth on; I suffer 6Your terrors; I am 7overcome.16Your 8burning anger has passed over me; Your terrors have 910destroyed me.17They have 11surrounded me 12like water all day long; They have 13encompassed me altogether.
