Psalms 81:11-16
11“But My people 1did not listen to My voice, And Israel did not 2obey Me.12So I 3gave 4them over to the stubbornness of their heart, To walk in their own devices.13Oh that My people 5would listen to Me, That Israel would 6walk in My ways!14I would quickly 7subdue their enemies And 8turn My hand against their adversaries.159Those who hate the Lord would 10pretend obedience to Him, And their time of punishment would be forever.1611But I would feed you with the 1213finest of the wheat, And with 14honey from the rock I would satisfy you.”
