Psalms 76:10-12

10For the 1 2wrath of man shall praise You; With a remnant of wrath You will gird Yourself.

11 3Make vows to the Lord your God and 4fulfill them; Let all who are around Him 5bring gifts to Him who is to be feared.12He will cut off the spirit of princes; He is 6 7feared by the kings of the earth.
