Psalms 6:1-7
11O Lord, 2do not rebuke me in Your anger, Nor chasten me in Your wrath.2Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am 3pining away; 4Heal me, O Lord, for 5my bones are dismayed.3And my 6soul is greatly dismayed; But You, O Lord--7how long?
4Return, O Lord, 8rescue my 9soul; Save me because of Your lovingkindness.5For 10there is no 11mention of You in death; In 12Sheol who will give You thanks?
6I am 13weary with my sighing; Every night I make my bed swim, I dissolve my couch with 14my tears.7My 15eye has wasted away with grief; It has become old because of all my adversaries.
