Psalms 55:20-23

20He has put forth his hands against 1those who were at peace with him; He has 23violated his covenant.21His 4speech was 5smoother than butter, But his heart was war; His words were 6softer than oil, Yet they were drawn 7swords.

228Cast 9your burden upon the Lord and He will sustain you; 10He will never allow the righteous to 1112be shaken.23But You, O God, will bring them down to the 1314pit of destruction; 15Men of bloodshed and deceit will 16not live out half their days. But I will 17trust in You.
