Psalms 41:1-5

1How blessed is he who 1considers the 2helpless; The Lord will deliver him 3in a day of 4trouble.2The Lord will 5protect him and keep him alive, And he shall 6be called 7blessed upon the earth; And 8do not give him over to the desire of his enemies.3The Lord will sustain him upon his sickbed; In his illness, You 9restore him to health.

4As for me, I said, “O Lord, be gracious to me; 10Heal my soul, for 11I have sinned against You.”5My enemies 12speak evil against me, “When will he die, and his name perish?”
