Psalms 32:1-5
112How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered!2How blessed is the man to whom the Lord 3does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is 4no deceit!
3When 5I kept silent about my sin, 6my 7body wasted away Through my 89groaning all day long.4For day and night 10Your hand was heavy upon me; My 1112vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer. 13Selah.5I 14acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I 15did not hide; I said, “16I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”; And You 17forgave the 18guilt of my sin. Selah.
