Psalms 18:27-36

27For You 1save an afflicted people, But 2haughty eyes You abase.28For You 3light my lamp; The Lord my God 4illumines my darkness.29For by You I can 5 6run upon a troop; And by my God I can 7leap over a wall.

30As for God, His way is 8 9blameless; The 10word of the Lord is tried; He is a 11shield to all who take refuge in Him.31For 12who is God, but the Lord? And who is a 13rock, except our God,32The God who 14girds me with strength And 15makes my way 16 17blameless?33He 18makes my feet like hinds’ feet, And 19sets me upon my high places.34He 20trains my hands for battle, So that my arms can 21bend a bow of bronze.35You have also given me 22the shield of Your salvation, And Your 23right hand upholds me; And 24Your 25gentleness makes me great.36You 26enlarge my steps under me, And my 27 28feet have not slipped.
