Psalms 119:28-40
28My 1soul 2weeps because of grief; 3Strengthen me according to Your word.29Remove the false way from me, And graciously grant me Your law.30I have chosen the faithful way; I have 4placed Your ordinances before me.31I 5cling to Your testimonies; O Lord, do not put me to shame!32I shall run the way of Your commandments, For You will 6enlarge my heart.
337Teach me, O Lord, the way of Your statutes, And I shall observe it to the end.348Give me understanding, that I may 9observe Your law And keep it 10with all my heart.35Make me walk in the 11path of Your commandments, For I 12delight in it.3613Incline my heart to Your testimonies And not to 14dishonest gain.37Turn away my 15eyes from looking at vanity, And 16revive me in Your ways.3817Establish Your 18word to Your servant, 19As that which produces reverence for You.3920Turn away my reproach which I dread, For Your ordinances are good.40Behold, I 21long for Your precepts; Revive me through Your righteousness.
