Psalms 116:3-8

3The 1cords of death encompassed me And the 2terrors of 3Sheol 4came upon me; I found distress and sorrow.4Then 5I called upon the name of the Lord: “O Lord, I beseech You, 67save my life!”

58Gracious is the Lord, and 9righteous; Yes, our God is 10compassionate.6The Lord preserves 11the simple; I was 12brought low, and He saved me.7Return to your 13rest, O my soul, For the Lord has 14dealt bountifully with you.8For You have 15rescued my soul from death, My eyes from tears, My feet from stumbling.
