Psalms 106:43-46
43Many times He would 1deliver them; They, however, were rebellious in their 2counsel, And so 3sank down in their iniquity.
44Nevertheless He looked upon their distress When He 4heard their cry;45And He 5remembered His covenant for their sake, And 67relented 8according to the greatness of His lovingkindness.46He also made them 9objects of compassion In the presence of all their captors.
