Psalms 106:35-41

35But 1they mingled with the nations And learned their 2practices,36And 3served their idols, 4Which became a snare to them.37They even 5sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the 6demons,38And shed 7innocent blood, The blood of their 8sons and their daughters, Whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan; And the land was 9polluted with the blood.39Thus they became 10unclean in their 11practices, And 12played the harlot in their deeds.

40Therefore the 13anger of the Lord was kindled against His people And He 14abhorred His 1516inheritance.41Then 17He gave them into the hand of the 18nations, And those who hated them ruled over them.
