Psalms 103:8-17
8The Lord is 1compassionate and gracious, 2Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.9He 3will not always strive with us, Nor will He 4keep His anger forever.10He has 5not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.11For as high 6as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who 7fear Him.12As far as the east is from the west, So far has He 8removed our transgressions from us.13Just 9as a father has compassion on his children, So the Lord has compassion on those who 10fear Him.14For 11He Himself knows 12our frame; He 13is mindful that we are but 14dust.
15As for man, his days are 15like grass; As a 16flower of the field, so he flourishes.16When the 17wind has passed over it, it is no more, And its 18place acknowledges it no longer.17But the 19lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who 20fear Him, And His 21righteousness 22to children’s children,
