Context of Psalms 10:5
3For the wicked boasts of his soul’s desire, And the greedy person curses and shows disrespect to the Lord. 4The wicked, in his haughtiness, does not seek Him. There is no God in all his schemes. His ways succeed at all times; Yet Your judgments are on high, out of his sight; As for all his enemies, he snorts at them. 6He says to himself, “I will not be moved; Throughout the generations I will not be in adversity.” 7His mouth is full of cursing, deceit, and oppression; Under his tongue is harm and injustice.

Commentaries on Psalms 10:5
- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 5His ways are always grievous - Or, He is travailing in pain to bring forth iniquity at all times. He is full of lust, or irregular and unholy desires; he conceives and brings forth sin; and sin being finished, time, place, and opportunity concurring, death is soon brought forth. Thy judgments are far above out of his sight - He is so blinded with sin, that he cannot see the operations of God's hand. He puffeth at them - He whistles at them; insults God…Read the comment
