Psalms 130
Hope in the Lord’s Forgiving Love.
A Song of Ascents.
1Out of the 1depths I have cried to You, Lord.2Lord, 2hear my voice! Let 3Your ears be attentive To the 4sound of my pleadings.3If You, 5Lord, were to keep account of guilty deeds, Lord, who could 6stand?4But there is 7forgiveness with You, So that You may be 89revered.
5I wait for the Lord, my 10soul waits, And I 11wait 12for His word.6My soul waits in hope for the Lord More than the watchmen 13for the morning; Yes, more than the watchmen for the morning.7Israel, 14wait for the Lord; For with the Lord there is 15mercy, And with Him is 16abundant redemption.8And He will 17redeem Israel From all his guilty deeds.
