1Lord, our Lord, How majestic is Your name in all the earth, You who have 1 2displayed Your splendor above the heavens!2 3From the mouths of infants and nursing babies You have established 4 5strength Because of Your enemies, To do away with 6the enemy and the revengeful.

3When I 7 8consider 9Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The 10moon and the stars, which You have set in place;4 11What is man that You think of him, And a son of man that You are concerned about him?5Yet You have made him a 12little lower than 13God, And 14You crown him with 15glory and majesty!6You have him 16rule over the works of Your hands; You have 17put everything under his feet,7All sheep and oxen, And also the animals of the field,8The birds of the sky, and the fish of the sea, Whatever passes through the paths of the seas.

9 18Lord, our Lord, How majestic is Your name in all the earth!
