Psalms 80:3-14
3God, 1restore us And 2make Your face shine upon us, 3and we will be saved.
44Lord God of armies, 5How long will You 6be angry with the prayer of Your people?5You have fed them with the 7bread of tears, And You have made them drink tears in 8large measure.6You make us 9an object of contention 10to our neighbors, And our enemies laugh among themselves.7God of armies, restore us And make Your face shine upon us, 11and we will be saved.
8You removed a 12vine from Egypt; You 13drove out the 14nations and 15planted it.9You 16cleared the ground before it, And it 17took deep root and filled the land.10The mountains were covered with its shadow, And 18the cedars of God with its 19branches.11It was sending out its branches 20to the sea And its shoots to the Euphrates River.12Why have You 21broken down its 22hedges, So that all who pass that way pick its fruit?13A boar from the forest 23eats it away, And whatever moves in the field feeds on it.
14God of armies, do 24turn back; 25Look down from heaven and see, and take care of this vine,
