Psalms 91:2-13

2I will say to the Lord, “My 1refuge and my 2fortress, My God, in whom I 3trust!”3For it is He who rescues you from the 4net of the trapper And from the deadly 5plague.4He will 6cover you with His pinions, And 7under His wings you may take refuge; His 8faithfulness is a 9shield and wall.

5You 10will not be afraid of the 11terror by night, Or of the 12arrow that flies by day;6Of the 13plague that 14stalks in darkness, Or of the 15destruction that devastates at noon.7A thousand may fall at your side And ten thousand at your right hand, But 16it shall not approach you.8You will only look on with your eyes And 17see the retaliation against the wicked.918For you have made the Lord, 19my refuge, The Most High, 20your dwelling place.1021No evil will happen to you, Nor will any plague come near your 22tent.

11For He will give 23His angels orders concerning you, To protect you in all your ways.12On their hands they will 24lift you up, So that you do not strike your foot against a stone.13You will 25walk upon the lion and cobra, You will trample the young lion and the 26serpent.
