Psalms 10:8-11
8He sits in the 1lurking places of the villages; He 2kills the innocent in the secret places; His eyes 3surreptitiously watch for the 45unfortunate.9He lurks in secret like 6a lion in his 7lair; He 8lurks to catch 9the needy; He catches the needy when he pulls him into his 10net.10Then he crushes the needy one, who cowers; And 11unfortunate people fall by his mighty power.11He 12says to himself, “God has forgotten; He has hidden His face; He will never see it.”
