Psalms 89:9-14
9You rule the surging of the sea; When its waves rise, You 1calm them.10You Yourself crushed 23Rahab like one who is slain; You 4scattered Your enemies with 5Your mighty arm.
11The 6heavens are Yours, the earth also is Yours; The 7world and 8all it contains, You have established them.12The 9north and the south, You have created them; 10Tabor and 11Hermon 12shout for joy at Your name.13You have 13a strong arm; Your hand is mighty, Your 14right hand is exalted.1415Righteousness and justice are the foundation of Your throne; 16Mercy and 17truth go before You.
