Psalms 83:2-8

2For behold, Your enemies 1make an uproar, And 2those who hate You have 3 4exalted themselves.3They 5make shrewd plans against Your people, And 6conspire together against 7Your 8treasured ones.4They have said, “Come, and 9let’s wipe them out 10as a nation, So that the 11name of Israel will no longer be remembered.”5For they have 12 13conspired together with one mind; They make a covenant against You:6The tents of 14Edom and the 15Ishmaelites, 16Moab and the 17Hagrites;7 18Gebal, 19Ammon, and 20Amalek, 21Philistia with the inhabitants of 22Tyre;8 23Assyria also has joined them; They have become 24a help to the 25children of Lot.
