Psalms 79:5-8
51How long, Lord? Will You be angry forever? Will Your 2jealousy 3burn like fire?64Pour out Your wrath upon the nations which 5do not know You, And upon the kingdoms which 6do not call upon Your name.7For they have 7devoured Jacob And 8laid waste his 9settlement.
810Do not 11hold us responsible for 12the guilty deeds of our forefathers; Let Your compassion come quickly to 13meet us, For we have 14become very low.
