Psalms 72:8-14

8May he also rule 1from sea to sea, And from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.9 2May 3the nomads of the desert 4bow before him, And his enemies 5lick the dust.10 6May the kings of 7Tarshish and of the 8 9islands bring gifts; May the kings of 10Sheba and 11Seba 12offer tributes.11 13And may all 14kings bow down before him, All 15nations serve him.

12For he will 16save the needy when he cries for help, The 17afflicted also, and him who has no helper.13He will have 18compassion on the poor and needy, And he will save the 19lives of the needy.14He will 20 21rescue their 22life from oppression and violence, And their blood will be 23precious in his sight;
