Psalms 69:13-18
13But as for me, my prayer is to You, Lord, 1at an acceptable time; God, in the 2greatness of Your mercy, Answer me with 3Your saving truth.14Rescue me from the 4mud and do not let me sink; May I be 5rescued from those who hate me, and from the 6depths of water.15May the 78flood of water not overflow me Nor the deep swallow me up, Nor the 9pit close its mouth on me.
16Answer me, Lord, for 10Your mercy is good; 11According to the greatness of Your compassion, 12turn to me,17And 13do not hide Your face from Your servant, For I am 14in distress; answer me quickly.18Come near to my soul and 15redeem it; 16Ransom me because of my enemies!
